- All orders are shipped ground unless otherwise specified. In-stock orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the order. Our method of shipping is with UPS and USPS. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without further notice.
- Return Policy
- Return will be accepted within 14 days for store credit and/or exchange. Return for store credit and/or exchange must be accompanied with an original receipt, in it?s original condition, and in it?s original packaging.
Instructions for Returns
1. Send an email to: returns@kitaceramicsglass.com with your order number and the reason you are returning.
2. Pack and seal your return securely in the original package. Package must be returned prepaid. We recommend you insure all packages. Kita Ceramics & Glassware cannot accept C.O.D.
3. When you ship a return, you may ship by any carrier you choose; however if the item(s) is lost or damaged in transit, Kita Ceramics & Glassware is not responsible for the lost or damaged item(s).
Shipping cost will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. All costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
