Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped ground unless otherwise specified. In-stock orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the order. Our method of shipping is with UPS and USPS. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without further notice.

 

Return Policy

Return will be accepted within 14 days for store credit and/or exchange. Return for store credit and/or exchange must be accompanied with an original receipt, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Instructions for Returns
1. Send an email to: sales@kitaceramicsglass.com with your order number and the reason you are returning.
2. Pack and seal your return securely in the original package. Package must be returned prepaid. We recommend you insure all packages. Kita Ceramics & Glass cannot accept C.O.D.
3. When you ship a return, you may ship by any carrier you choose; however, if the item(s) is lost or damaged in transit, Kita Ceramics & Glass is not responsible for the lost or damaged item(s).

Shipping cost will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. All costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

 

Damaged Item(s)

Please notify Kita Ceramics & Glass via email at: sales@kitaceramicsglass.com immediately upon receipt and no later than 7 days of delivery.  Please inspect your purchases upon receipt as no claim can be made after 7 days.
